QUALITY POLICY
IBERFRUTA-M’s commitment in terms of Product Quality, Legality and Safety, as well as Customer Satisfaction and Continuous Improvement is based on the following premises:
- Implementation and compliance with the Food Quality and Safety System with the consequent commitment by Management for its development. The basis of said System will be the 7 principles of the HACCP System of the Codex Alimentarius.
- Compliance with current legal regulations applicable to the company’s activity.
- As a basic strategy, customer satisfaction will be considered, taking into account, among others, the expectations of the end product, production optimization at a technical and economic level, development of R&D&i projects, technical support (both internal and external) to our clients…
- Continuously improve the effectiveness of the Food Quality and Safety System. This objective will be achieved by monitoring preventive and corrective actions, analysis of internal and external audits, analysis of indicators and quality objectives.
- Promote the culture of teamwork in the field of Quality and Food Safety. All staff must be educated, trained and aware of Food Quality and Safety in the aspects required by their job.
ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY
The basic principles that govern this Policy are:
- Apply a policy of continuous improvement in terms of the Environment and implement an effective management and control system that allows the proposed objectives to be achieved.
- Compliance with current legislation applicable to the activity, as well as all applicable regulatory requirements of the Administrations.
- Carry out correct Waste Management to prevent environmental pollution, thus guaranteeing the continuous improvement of our environmental commitment.
- In the Design and Development stages of products at an industrial level, the most appropriate technology will be applied in terms of waste generation, ensuring its recycling, avoiding noise emissions, gases…
- Modernization of material resources to prevent and minimize waste, emissions and other adverse effects.
- Establish viable environmental objectives and goals and carry out regular monitoring through their indicators.
- Guarantee the sustainability, conservation and protection of the Environment by optimizing the consumption of natural resources, ensuring the optimal use of the energy used through prevention and minimizing the environmental impact of the activity as far as possible, while meeting the needs of customers in Food Safety, Quality and Product Variety.
OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICY
The company focuses this Policy as a strategic instrument for the sustainability of the company itself, counting on the participation of the workers and their representatives. Based on this premise, the commitments it establishes are:
- Total integration of the Occupational Risk Prevention Management System (SGPRL) in the company’s activity.

- Promote the continuous improvement of working conditions to achieve a high level of safety, health and physical, mental and social well-being of workers.
- Train and inform workers through learning and awareness programs, promoting the implementation of “safe practices.”
